A. YES. The website has been designed for you to look at our range of products, and order direct by phone or email. We have no minimum order. If you would prefer, we also have consultants throughout the Perth Metro area and neighbouring country towns, who would love to present a display in your own home and allow you to receive the wonderful hostess offers available. Q. How can I pay for my purchases from All Things Special?
A. Payment is accepted by cash, cheque, credit card or direct deposit into our account. Once cheques are received and cleared, your order will be despatched. Credit card payments can be made in person or over the phone, with your receipt being included with your order.

Q. How will I receive my order from All Things Special?
A. Your order and delivery arrangements will be confirmed over the phone. If you live in the Perth metro area, we will try to deliver in person to you. Should this not be possible to arrange, or if you live outside the Perth metro area, then we will have your order delivered by Australia Post or a Courier service. The cost will vary depending on the size and weight of your order. We will always be most considerate to get the best price for you, ensuring safe delivery of your goods. You will be advised of your delivery charge before despatch of your goods.

Q. If I have friends who want to order too, can we combine our order?
A. Yes, and we hope you do tell your friends about our website. We are offering you the opportunity to host an online party - the party you have when not really having a party! This way you can collect orders from as many family and friends as you like, and we will pack up individual orders and despatch as one. This will save on freight, and we are offerring great incentives to you for co-ordinating this. Simply contact us by phone or email for more information on online parties.

Q. Can I find out about becoming a consultant for All Things Special?
A. YES. We are always happy to introduce new consultants to our business. If you are self motivated, take pride in your appearance, enjoy the benefits of flexible working hours and will enjoy the extra income, contact us by phone or email and we will arrange to send you an information pack and answer any questions you may have.

Q. Can I be kept updated with new products, specials and any news from All Things Special?
A. YES. Please register for our newsletter and enter your email details, and we will keep you on our update mailout list. Apart from the great specials and new product releases, we can also let you know if we will be doing a venue display like at the Craft Fair, suburban shopping centre mall displays, or maybe coming to a town near you. If at any time you want to know anything else, you just need to call or email and we will reply with the appropriate information.
